Very friendly team, the glass replacement was ready at the agreed time and they cleaned all the windows and vacuum the car. (Thank you)
Saddly for a glass replacement I expected it to be in perfect conditions but 2 scratches were already on the glass. Now I have to wait to see what kind of guarantee service they will offer and again allocate time to go there and try to solve this. :(

Looking forward to see how my case will be handled and solved.

Update: I was told to pass by and the glass was polished. This solved the long scratch but the small on the upper corner still can be seen, nevertheless this one does not affect at all the driving experience, so in order to not overcomplicate things I agreed to leave it like that.
