I had my windscreen replaced in Winterthur during my vacation, but unfortunately, the service was not up to professional standards. The plastic covers were broken and hastily fixed with glue. Replacement parts were sent to Sion (I was partially spending my vacation there), but it took 4 working days, and I had to leave Valais before they arrived. The parts were eventually sent to Winterthur, but that took another week, by which time I had already left Switzerland. In the end, the parts were sent to Poland, but I had to cover the taxes for them.
While the communication was good and the staff tried to find a solution, this situation should never have happened in the first place. The initial repair was poorly done, and the follow-up process was unnecessarily complicated.
