I am in disbelief at how good the service at this Carglass shop was! I went this morning to get a crack on my windshield repaired. The employee (a tall young guy) tried all he could to treat me well, despite my somewhat bad german skills; he even excused himself for his English... brother, I am the one living in a german-speaking country, you are doing way more than you should :) In the end, we understood each other perfectly. The job was perfectly executed, fast, and I even received a gift and a car cleaning. I am so so so impressed by how good the customer service was. Give this guy a raise!
