Please note that if the windshield has to be replaced, there is a delay before the corresponding glass can be ordered.

The trip is free if you are insured against glass breakage, otherwise a charge of CHF 81 applies.
The technician generally works within an agreed time slot, for example between 9am and 12pm. You will be informed the day before the service is due to be carried out by text message at 4pm, and the technician will also contact you before arriving. One person must be present to sign the work order before the work begins.
