CARGLASS® SWITZERLAND obtained GREAT PLACE TO WORK® certification on July 4th, 2024 and is once again one of the best employers in Switzerland this year.
This certification is essentially based on a workplace analysis among employees and their place within the company. The results are very clear at Carglass®: they are the heart of our organization. Our director, Alexander Bleuel, confirms that Carglass® constantly supports its employees in their personal and professional developments. They are involved as much as possible in decision-making.

Gold Ecovadis
Carglass® Switzerland has been awarded EcoVadis Gold status for its sustainable and responsible business management.
Carglass® was awarded EcoVadis Gold certification in October 2023, placing it among the top 2% of companies in the automotive industry.
EcoVadis provides companies with global ratings in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The rating covers a wide range of non-financial management systems, including environmental impact, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. Each company is assessed according to topics relevant to its size, location and sector of activity. The aim of EcoVadis is to provide reliable and globally recognized sustainability assessments and insights that enable all companies to reduce risks, undertake improvements and accelerate positive effects for our planet and society.

In 2015, during the first certification, Carglass® obtained the 'Silver' rating and in 2019, for the first time, the 'Gold' rating. The renewal of the 'Gold' certification confirms that Carglass® remains, in 2023 as well, the benchmark in the Swiss automotive industry and that it meets the growing requirements of EcoVadis.
EcoVadis was founded in 2008 in Paris and is part of the United Nations Global Compact. More than 1,000 employees in eleven offices on five continents audit several thousand companies per year.
