The web page to get the appointment easy to do. There are questions about the car, car model, and the type of problem. The offices are in the main entrance in the EG level, so as soon as you get in you see their space. I showed the problem, left the keys and i got for free new Bosch windshield wiper (normally 80fr). Totally for free.
They had some other cars before eventhough i had an appointment but i was going to Tivoli anyway so I just went shopping while this was done. 1 hour after i returned with my shopping, this was already done, they even cleaned my car a little.. thanks! They gave me a ticket to go out without paying, this is a plus.
This repair was covered by my insurance (voll) so it was free for me, but i saw their bill and they paid around 250fr for this.
They were kind, attentive and i think this way is really fast and easy to do, totally recommended.
The scratch was not completely erased but it is almost not visible. There are just some small small spots that cant be repaired.
