1- CARGLASS SUISSE SA, a company with its registered office at Rue des Fléchères, 1274 Signy-Centre, Federal Number CH-170-3007441-5 (hereinafter referred to as “CARGLASS®”), is organizing the “Free Tire Inflator” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) in its service centers located in Switzerland.

   2- For each windshield chip repair or glass replacement (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) performed by CARGLASS® at one of its centers or via mobile service, the customer shall receive a tire inflator free of charge.

   3- The Promotion shall run from October 26 to November 20, 2025 inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

   4-  CARGLASS® has planned a sufficient stock of tire inflators to cover the Promotion Period. However, in the event of stock depletion, CARGLASS® reserves the right to prematurely terminate the Promotion under the conditions set forth in Article 12 below.

   5- The Promotion applies exclusively to light motor vehicles with a total weight of less than 3.5 tonnes (passenger cars and light commercial vehicles) on which CARGLASS® has performed a Service within Swiss territory.

   6- The Promotion does not apply to:
- Heavy vehicles with a total weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes;
- Repairs of minor superficial chips without cracks (“Pit Fill”), as assessed solely by the CARGLASS® technician;
- Single installations of plexiglass;
- Services performed under the CARGLASS® warranty program.
   7- During the promotion Period, a maximum of one tire inflator may be granted per license plate, regardless of the number of repairs and/or glass replacements performed by CARGLASS®.

   8- The Promotion may not be combined with other ongoing promotions or offers.

   9- The Promotion may not be exchanged for a price reduction or for cash.

   10- In the context of managing the Promotion, customer data relating to personal information (e.g., name, address, phone number) and order details (e.g., order date, nature of service, delivery address) shall be processed and protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

   11- CARGLASS® reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate the Promotion. In the event of modification or termination, such information shall be communicated on the website www.carglass.ch.

   13- By participating in the Promotion, the participant acknowledges and accepts all of the present terms and conditions, available at www.carglass.ch.
