Terms and conditions of "free tyre inflator"
- CARGLASS SWITZERLAND AG, rue des Fléchères, 1274 Signy Centre, Commercial Register number CH-170-3007441-5 (“CARGLASS”), offers the “Free Tyre Inflator” promotion (“Promotion”) in its branches in Switzerland.
- After each stone-chip repair or each replacement of a vehicle window carried out by CARGLASS in one of its service centres or during a mobile service (“Service”), the customer receives a free tyre inflator.
- The Promotion is valid from 19 April 2026 up to and including 10 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
- CARGLASS® has planned a sufficient quantity of free tyre inflators for the duration of the Promotion Period. However, should an unforeseen stock shortage occur, CARGLASS® reserves the right to end the Promotion early in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 below.
- The Promotion applies exclusively to light motor vehicles with a maximum gross weight of up to 3.5 tonnes (passenger cars and light commercial vehicles) on which CARGLASS has carried out a stone‑chip repair or a vehicle window replacement in Switzerland.
- The Promotion therefore does not apply:
• to heavy motor vehicles with a gross weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes;
• to the repair of small, superficial damage to the windscreen without crack formation (“Pit Fill”). The assessment as to whether a Pit Fill or a repair is carried out is at the discretion of the CARGLASS technician;
• to the one‑time use of plexiglass;
• to services performed under CARGLASS’s contractual warranty. - During the Promotion Period, a maximum of one free tyre inflator per licence plate may be provided, regardless of the number of stone‑chip repairs and/or vehicle window replacements carried out by CARGLASS®.
- The Promotion may not be combined with other current promotions or offers.
- No price reduction or cash payment may be claimed in lieu of the Promotion.
- In the course of administering the Promotion, the customer’s personal data (e.g. name, address, telephone number) and order‑related data (e.g. order date, type of service, delivery address) are processed and protected in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
- CARGLASS reserves the right to amend the conditions of the Promotion or to terminate it unilaterally. In the event of any amendment or termination of the Promotion, this information will be published on the CARGLASS website at www.carglass.ch.
- CARGLASS® reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Promotion unilaterally. In the event of any amendment or discontinuation of the Promotion, this information will be announced on the website www.carglass.ch.
- By participating in the Promotion, the participant fully agrees to these terms and conditions, which are available at www.carglass.ch.
