1. CARGLASS SUISSE SA, whose registered office is located at Rue des Fléchères, 1274 Signy Centre, Federal Number CH-170-3007441-5 (hereinafter “CARGLASS®”), is organising in its centres located in Switzerland the “Free 2026 Motorway Vignette” promotion (hereinafter the “Promotion”).
2. For each stone chip repair or vehicle glass replacement (the “Service”) carried out by CARGLASS® in one of its centres or via its mobile service, you will receive a free 2026 motorway vignette, either in paper format to be affixed to the windscreen or in digital format.
3. The Promotion runs from 30 November to 31 December 2025 inclusive (hereinafter the “Promotion Period”).
4. The Promotion applies to Services carried out during the Promotion Period or for which an appointment was made during the Promotion Period, even if the Service takes place after the Promotion Period.
5. The Promotion applies only to Services performed on light motor vehicles under 3.5 tonnes total weight (passenger cars and light commercial vehicles) on which CARGLASS® has performed a Service within Switzerland.
6. The Promotion therefore does not apply to Services performed on heavy vehicles over 3.5 tonnes.
7. The Promotion does not apply to:
   
   - repairs of small superficial chips without cracks (“Pit Fill”). The assessment of the CARGLASS® technician is decisive in this respect;
   - standalone plexiglass installations;
   - Services performed under the CARGLASS® warranty (please refer to our General Terms of Service on https://www.carglass.ch to learn more about our warranty conditions).
8. The 2026 motorway vignette is valid from 1 December 2025 to 31 January 2027 and allows the use of the Swiss national road network during this period. The 2026 motorway vignettes are sold in Switzerland from 1 December 2025.

During the Promotion Period, a maximum of one motorway vignette may be awarded per licence plate, regardless of the number of repairs and/or glass replacements performed by CARGLASS® during the Promotion Period on the same vehicle.

The Promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing CARGLASS® promotions or offers.

The Promotion cannot be exchanged for a price reduction or for cash.

For the purpose of managing the Promotion, your personal data (such as your name, address, phone number) and order-related data (such as order date, type of service, delivery address) are processed and protected in accordance with the legal provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. CARGLASS® reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate the Promotion. In the event of modification or termination, this information will be communicated on the website https://www.carglass.ch.
