1.    CARGLASS SCHWEIZ AG, rue des Fléchères, 1274 Signy Centre, commercial register number CH-170-3007441-5 (“CARGLASS”), is offering a “Free Bosch Windshield Wipers” promotion (“Promotion”) at its branches in Switzerland.
2.    After each stone chip repair or replacement of a vehicle windshield by CARGLASS at one of its service centers or during a mobile service call (“Service Call”), the customer will receive a free set of Bosch brand front windshield wipers for the vehicle on which the windshield was repaired or replaced.
3.    Windshield wipers within the meaning of the promotion are the wiper blades of the windshield wipers (not the wiper arms).
4.    The promotion runs from February 8 to February 28, 2026, inclusive (“promotion period”).
5.    The promotion applies to stone chip repairs or vehicle window replacements carried out during the promotion period or for which an appointment was made during the promotion period. 
6.    The promotion applies exclusively to light motor vehicles with a total weight of up to 3.5 tons (passenger cars, light commercial vehicles) on which CARGLASS has carried out stone chip repairs or vehicle window replacement in Switzerland.
7.    The promotion therefore does not apply 
•    to heavy motor vehicles with a total weight of over 3.5 tons;
•    to the repair of minor, superficial damage to the windshield without cracking (“pit fill”). The decision as to whether a pit fill or repair is carried out is at the discretion of the CARGLASS technician;
•    for one-time use of Plexiglas
•    for work carried out under the CARGLASS contractual warranty.
8.    New windshield wipers may only be fitted with the customer's consent. 
9.    The promotion exclusively covers the range of 87 sets of Bosch brand front windshield wipers supplied and distributed by CARGLASS, the references for which (covering over 90% of all vehicle models) are listed in point 16 of these promotional terms and conditions. In the event that certain front windshield wipers are not available as part of the range offered during the promotion, the customer will be offered the opportunity to visit the CARGLASS Service Center at a later date to receive the set of front windshield wipers promised to them. Customers whose vehicles require front windshield wipers that are not included in the CARGLASS range of Bosch front windshield wipers may be offered another set of front windshield wipers from the range listed in point 16 of these promotional terms and conditions.
10. During the promotional period, a maximum of 2 new wiper blades (= 1 set) can be handed over per vehicle and license plate, regardless of the number of stone chip repairs or replacements of the respective vehicle windshield by CARGLASS.
11. The promotion cannot be combined with other current promotions or offers. 
12.    No price reduction or cash payment can be claimed in lieu of the promotion.
13.    After each use within the scope of the promotion, CARGLASS is responsible for handling warranty claims.
14.    CARGLASS reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion or to terminate the promotion unilaterally. In the event of a change or termination of the promotion, this information will be published on the CARGLASS website, www.carglass.ch.
15.    In the event of taking advantage of the offer from this promotion, the participating customer declares their full agreement with these promotion terms and conditions, which can be viewed at www.carglass.ch.
