Free Kärcher WD1 Vacuum cleaner Promotion

1. The company CARGLASS SUISSE SA, whose registered office is located at Rue des Fléchères, 1274 Signy Centre, Federal Number CH-170-3007441-5 (hereinafter “CARGLASS®”), is organizing, in its centers located in Switzerland, the promotion “Free Kärcher WD1 Vacuum cleaner” (hereinafter the “Promotion”).
2. For each windscreen chip repair or vehicle glass replacement (hereinafter the "Service") carried out by CARGLASS at one of its service centres or through its mobile service within Switzerland, the customer will receive a voucher containing a promotional code (hereinafter the "Promotional Code") entitling them to order one Kärcher WD 1 Vacuum Cleaner (hereinafter the "Product") exclusively through the Kärcher Switzerland online shop at www.kaercher.com/ch/.
3. The voucher is valid until 31 October 2026. By this date, the customer must visit Kaercher.ch and place an order for the Product using the Promotional Code. After this date, the Promotional Code will no longer be valid, and no requests for an extension will be accepted.
4. The Promotional Code is valid only for the purchase of one Kärcher WD 1 Vacuum Cleaner from the Kärcher online shop and exclusively for deliveries within Switzerland. When completing the online purchase, the customer must enter the Promotional Code, which may be used only once.
5. Use of the Promotional Code entitles the customer to free delivery of the Product to the address provided when placing the order through the Kärcher online shop. No shipping or delivery charges will apply.
6. The Promotion runs from 16 August 2026 (inclusive) to 5 September 2026 (inclusive) (hereinafter the "Promotional Period").
7. The Promotion applies to Services for which the appointment is booked during the Promotional Period and which are carried out either during the Promotional Period or afterwards, provided that the Service is completed no later than 31 October 2026.
8. The Promotion applies exclusively to Services performed on light motor vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of less than 3.5 tonnes (including passenger cars and light commercial vehicles) for which CARGLASS has carried out a windscreen chip repair or vehicle glass replacement within the territory of Switzerland.
9. The Promotion does not apply :
   • to heavy vehicles with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 3.5 tons
   • to the repair of minor superficial chips without cracks (“Pit Fill”). The assessment made by the CARGLASS® technician shall be decisive in this regard;
   • to single installations of temporary glazing;
   • to Services carried out under the CARGLASS® warranty.
10. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or campaigns offered by CARGLASS®.
11. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promotional Code may not be used at Kärcher retailers or on any Kärcher product online sales websites other than the Swiss Kärcher website: www.kaercher.com/ch.
12. The after-sales service relating to the Service is provided by CARGLASS®. 
13. In the event of any complaints relating to the Promotion, requests must be submitted to the CARGLASS® customer service department at the following address: customer.solutions@carglass.ch.
14. CARGLASS® reserves the right to unilaterally modify or discontinue the Promotion. In the event of any modification or discontinuation of the Promotion, such information will be communicated on the websites www.carglass.ch and www.kaercher.com/ch/.
15. Under no circumstances shall CARGLASS® and/or KÄRCHER be held liable for any potential malfunctions affecting the participation process in this Promotion where such malfunctions are beyond their control.
16. By participating in the Promotion, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, which are available on www.carglass.ch and www.kaercher.com/ch/
