1.   CARGLASS Switzerland Ltd., with registered office at rue des Fléchères, 1274 Signy centre, Federal Number CH-170-3007441-5 (hereinafter ‘CARGLASS®’), is organising a promotion entitled ‘Free toolbox’ (hereinafter referred to as ’the Promotion").

2.    For each windscreen impact repair or glass replacement (‘the Service’) carried out by CARGLASS® at one of its centres or by its mobile service, the customer will receive a free toolbox. 

3.    The Promotion runs from 8 March to 2 April 2026 inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Promotion Period’).

4. CARGLASS® has set aside sufficient stock of toolboxes to cover the Promotion Period. However, in the event of stock shortages, CARGLASS® will be obliged to terminate the Promotion prematurely under the conditions set out in Article 12 below. 

5. The Promotion applies only to light motor vehicles with a total weight of less than 3.5 tonnes (light passenger cars and light commercial vehicles) on which CARGLASS® has carried out a Service in Switzerland.

6. The Promotion does not apply to:

•       heavy vehicles with a total weight of more than 3.5 tonnes

•    repairs of small superficial chips without cracks (‘Pit Fill’). The assessment of the CARGLASS® technician is decisive in this regard;

•    single installations of plexiglass;

•    Interventions carried out under the CARGLASS® warranty.

7. During the Promotion Period, a maximum of one toolbox may be offered per vehicle registration number, regardless of the number of repairs and/or glass replacements carried out at CARGLASS®.

8. The Promotion cannot be combined with other current promotions or offers. 

9. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for a price reduction or cash. 

10. In the context of managing the Promotion, customer data relating to the person (e.g. name, address, telephone number) and relating to the order (e.g. date of order, nature of service, delivery address) are processed and protected in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on the protection of personal data, such as the Federal Data Protection Act.

11. CARGLASS® reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion unilaterally. In the event of modification or termination of the Promotion, this information will be communicated on the website www.carglass.ch.

13.   By participating in the Promotion, the participant declares that they accept all of these terms and conditions, available at www.carglass.ch.
